Spain: Perfumes are considered medicines and require a Responsible Declaration from the Spanish Medicines Agency, which can only be provided by a business. Unfortunately this means we cannot ship direct to you in Spain.

You will be responsible for paying these.
If you are unable to pay any local fees owed, and the order is returned to us, we will be unable to refund any shipping and administration costs.
Please be aware that neither Redolescent, nor the courier, can be responsible for any delays as a result of unpaid duties or taxes.
About shipping costs:
Shipping perfume is expensive!
Because our fragrances are in Ethanol, they class as flammable dangerous goods. This means that couriers apply additional handling fees on top of the normal delivery fees (up to £22 of extra fees in some cases!). We also have to comply with additional shipping regulations to ensure the safe transport of the fragrances.
We don't add any additional cost onto the courier cost, in fact, we are still absorbing some of the cost our side to try and make this as manageable as possible! If you are looking for a local stockist of Redolescent fragrances, then check out below:
Finding a local stockist:
Depending on the country, shipping from the UK is either difficult, expensive, or both! So, we are currently looking for a select few distribution partners or stores internationally to help spread our stories globally. This means you will be able to not only support us, but also a business local to you, with simpler, cheaper, and more reliable shipping options too.

If you are outside of the UK, you will need to be qualified to ship perfume internationally to be able to return it to us.
